1.1 Willowbrook only offers delivery via courier and we want you to receive your Goods as soon as possible. Depending on where you are situated in South Africa, delivery times will vary but as a guide, most major destinations will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the time of order. Willowbrook is not liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery. Willowbrook’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Willowbrook is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you. 2.1 We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order (and updated in the Confirmation of Order) but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order. We always aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (depending on the payment method used) any Order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. If an order is made on a Friday, or during the weekend, it will only be processed on the following Monday.
2.2 We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
2.3 We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the delivery period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
3.1 Willowbrook makes use of DSV couriers as our dedicated courier partner. We charge a flat fee of R75 for this service for all orders under R550. Orders over R550 will be at no charge. As an additional service, a real time tracking system is available online, which provides up to date information regarding the progress of your parcel from dispatch to final delivery. Please note that this door to door service requires someone to sign for the parcel, please ensure that you or a third party is at the delivery. The courier drivers from DSV do not have cell phones and cannot contact you directly, if there is no one available to take collection of your delivery, your order will be set out for the following day.
